Environmental Philosophy

We recognize that undertaking environmental conservation activities would lead to the prosperity and well-being of humanity and, as a company engaged in the development and sale of digital cameras, interchangeable lenses for DSLR cameras, and other optical devices, we will strive for economic development and seek harmony with the environment in every aspect of our business operations. Furthermore, in order to achieve a sustainable society, we will implement the following environmental policy through the sum of our corporate philosophy, which encompasses “technology,” “knowledge,” “experience,” and “wisdom”.

Environmental Policy

• We will always be mindful of the organizational circumstances that our company faces in its business activities and comply with applicable regulations and other requirements that our company has agreed to.
• We will work towards the continuous improvement of our environmental management system, prevent environmental pollution, and contribute to environmental protection in order to improve our environmental performance while considering the impact on the natural environment.
• We will establish goals and continuously work towards improvement in the following areas within our corporate activities:

  Ⅰ. Promote the planning, development, and sale of environmentally friendly products;

  Ⅱ. Pursue approaches for resource saving and energy efficiency, as well as waste reduction;

  Ⅲ. Enhance the environmental awareness of each individual involved in our corporate activities and promote activities that contribute to society through positively impacting the environment;

  Ⅳ. Strengthen communication with customers, business partners, and other stakeholders, and utilize the obtained information to improve customer satisfaction and support environmental conservation activities;

• We will publicly disclose this environmental policy to external stakeholders, including interested parties.
